Ons het die voorreg gehad om in Kamma Otter tuis te gaan vir 'n week. Om mee te begin het Ilse en Francois ons so hartlik ontvang en was hulle so gaaf om aanbevelings met ons te deel bv. The accommodation is spacious, clean, tidy and has everything you may need - we have e.g. worked virtually most days and experienced no problems. We spent every late afternoon/evening on the porch and cuddled up in front of the TV on colder evenings. The location is perfect - we could just walk to the restaurant and the sea is literally just a few steps away. We did several amazing hikes in the area and canoed for hours on the lake. You are far enough from the noise and bustle but close enough to everything - there is e.g. many good wine farms in the area. Our hearts were very broken when we had to leave, but we will definitely go back and can recommend it to anyone.

Stunning and peaceful! A home away from home.

A home away from home, every detail thought through and just the most comfortable, inviting space. Perfect for a family. The rooms were impeccable and our hosts were so welcoming and kind. We can't wait to come back.

Great location, very close to the beach. The weather was perfect, and we had a wonderful time.

Kamma Otter II is nicer inside than Kamma Otter 1. It is a two-bedroom apartment, and it is newer and nicer. I stayed in KO II, and the beds are very comfortable, and the living room is lovely. I have nothing to fault Kamma Otter on, but I personally prefer a house with easy ground-floor access and garden space. The three-bedroom house is not as nice; it is older and less spacious. Nature’s Valley is The place to stay on the Garden Route and Kamma-Otter a perfect accommodation for a short or longer stay.

Just great to stay and relax.

Ilse is an amazing host and the apartment is not only cosy but spacious, clean and with all appliances one can ask for when self-catering. We enjoyed our trip very very much.

Was wonderfully peaceful.

What a lovely place!

Kamma-Otter is a lovely place to stay. The property is very well equipped and has everything you need. We spent Christmas there and could not have asked for anything better.
