Karoo Cottage @ Grootnek Guest Farm is a charming self-catering unit situated on the picturesque Grootnek Guest Farm. Nestled in the lovely Langkloof Valley, it is located along the scenic Cape Route 62, between Joubertina and Krakeel River.
The Karoo Cottage is decorated in the typical style of the Karoo farming communities of South Africa and can accommodate 6 guests. It comprises 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second and third bedrooms are furnished with twin beds. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The unit is equipped with a gas geyser and gas appliances and has a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, gas stove, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It features a centrally located dining table and a cosy couch.
Guests have access to lamps and candles to complete the natural ambiance of a starlit evening spent on the patio, overlooking the orchards and offering complete privacy. Guests can also enjoy a lovely braai and are afforded secure parking on the premises.
