Very disappointing except for the beautiful and safe location.

Upon arrival we were told there is no TV in the cottage, even though the reviews mentioned a TV. The Wi-Fi is capped and ran out after the second day, and we weren't on the WiFi that much as we were out most of the day. The gas stove was out of gas and needed to be re-gassed before we could use it. The shower had grime on it at the bottom, we cleaned it ourselves and showered with our flip flops on. The kitchen cupboards had an unpleasant smell on the inside, as if the place had just been cleaned on the surface before our arrival and wasn't really cleaned properly. I can't explain it's just a smell of a place that hasn't been used in a while. The place is advertised as being fully equipped but that wasn't the case, there was no iron, (the agent brought us a small one to use with a cranky ironing board), the kettle was old and cranky too with exposed wiring covered in masking tape. Apart from all of that the surrounding are beautiful with nice restaurants within walking distance, it is a safe environment and the people are friendly.

Ideal location, comfortable rooms, well appointed kitchen, safe and secure environment.

Our visit to the Gordons Bay area was superb. Kaya Sheila was comfortable, neat and tidy venue with a well appointed kitchen, functional bathroom and a really awesome view of the bay. The support from the assistant was prompt and friendly. Only recommendation I would make would be on the television, which is configured to Netflix, and the gas stove - some short notes on how to use these.
