Breakage Deposit

House Rules
This unit may only accommodate the number of guests specified on the booking invoice at any given time.
No excessive noise or loud music is allowed after 22:00.
Guests need to bring with own DStv decoder and smart card.
A refundable breakage deposit is payable per unit on arrival. Breakage deposits will only be paid back at departure after inventory has been taken with the guests.
Strictly no dogs are allowed in the house and no visitors are allowed to bring dogs with them. Should a dog be brought with them, guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately, without a refund.
No smoking indoors.
Guests may be asked to vacate the premises immediately if they fail to adhere to the rules.
