Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note no smoking in the house.
Please do not throw your cigarette buds around the house or outside in the yard, only in the dustbin.
If any smoking buds will he found lying around the yard the breakage deposit will be forfeited.
Please do not throw bottles, bottle caps or rubbish on the floor and around the house, this will result in the breakage deposit being forfeited.
No bedding of any sort is to be taken outside the rooms.
The breakage deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out after checks are done.
