A disappointing experience. Care and commitment are needed from the owners.

My impression is that the owners do not put people (the clients or the staff) before profit. Example: the units need serious renovation. This is my third time there and they promised renovations after the first time in 2021. The Friday night we had a burst pipe in one of our units. Despite the valiant efforts of the staff and some of our family members, the problem could not be solved. We slept in a unit flooded with water on Friday and Saturday. The point is that neither the staff nor members of our group had the expertise to solve the problem. The owners should have called in an emergency plumber and paid for it.
