It was really not a nice experience. There was no sign or indication that I was at the right place – I had to convince someone there to open the gate for me (and he first called the manager, Billy, before opening it). I was then moved to another room – without a separate bathroom! So I had to share the bathroom with other guests (two double rooms). Not nice at all! The manager did try to make things right afterwards and said it was the website's fault for not making it clear that I would have to share a bathroom – but it's still unacceptable. I checked again and it wasn't indicated anywhere! That's a deal-breaker for me. The whole experience was bad: the room was dirty, there were used cups and old garbage in the trash can. No sign of the WiFi code. The TV remote didn't work, so the TV was useless. Everything felt unprofessional compared to what I usually experience.
