Description

Kingswood Oppi-Dam is on the Kingswood Golf Estate in George and offers spacious and luxurious self-catering accommodation with heat-and-eat facilities. This accommodation is perfect for small families, couples, groups of friends, golf enthusiasts and individuals looking for an overnight stay.

Guests can choose between the Oppi-Dam Studio room with 1 bedroom for 2 guests, or the Oppi-Dam House with 3 bedrooms for a maximum of 6 guests. Each of these units has en-suite bathrooms with showers, toilets and basins. Each has its own entrance and is completely private. The owner lives on site but all guests have absolute privacy in the Studio room and also in the Three Bedroom House ("Apartment").

The Studio room is on the parking lot side of the site and the House is on the golf course/mountain side of the site. The House's guests have preference at the pool area.

The units each have a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, cutlery, Nespresso coffee machine and coffee and tea making facilities. The spacious Oppi Dam House has a sunken lounge area with a Smart TV with Netflix and the full DStv package. The Oppi-dam Studio room has a Smart TV with Netflix and the full DStv package and a cosy lounge area. Free, unlimited WiFi and secure parking are available.

The House's guests can use the gazebo braai area with a built-in braai and pizza oven. All three of these rooms face north to the mountain and are sunny and spacious and lead to the pool area. This area leads to a veranda with outdoor seating and a swimming pool, which is the perfect place for guests to relax. In addition, the accommodation offers a dedicated golf area for guests to enjoy.

Please note that no noisy parties are allowed. The accommodation is on the golf course and around a dam and various bird species, springbok and bushbuck can be viewed.
