Lovely property. Good location. Helpful host.

The flat is very centrally located being close to the N1 and the Durbanville Hills wine district. It also has quite a few good restaurants within walking distance. Tyger Valley Centre is also within walking distance. Even though she was away on holiday herself, Joan was a very helpful and communicative host. The flat is very well equipped. I think my only two negatives don't pertain to the actual property but are more something you should be prepared for: The waterfront is fresh water so plenty of mosquitoes; we couldn't really use the outside space much in the evenings.
