Excellent value for money and well situated.

This unit is beautifully equipped with tasteful decor and a lovely braai area. The only thing missing is a frying pan. The cooker is induction, so only suitable pans can be used. The unit is 100% worth the cost and has a smart TV with Netflix and DStv.

Comfortable and modern and impeccably furnished.

Impeccably furnished. Clean and modern interior. Fabulous appliances. It is a studio so don't expect a huge amount of space. Not ideal for dogs as there is no 'green garden' except for that on the street corner.
