Description

Klipperant Kothuise is located on a private and peaceful smallholding in Rayton, Bloemfontein. It is ideally suited for business travellers, couples, family visitors and overnight guests. It is within easy reach of numerous shops, restaurants, activities and attractions and the N1 highway.

The accommodation comprises 2 charming cottages, Stadsjapie and Plaasjapie. The cottages are uniquely and tastefully decorated and equipped for basic self-catering needs.

Stadsjapie offers ideal accommodation, preferably for a couple. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and an open en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. The room features air conditioning and there is a ceiling fan as well as a blow fan-heater in the living area.

The open-plan living area has a well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, microwave, convection oven, kettle, toaster, and fridge-freezer. The lounge area has a couch, 2 chairs and a Smart TV with Netflix as well as Stay Essential DStv channels. Guests also have access to complimentary Wi-Fi during their stay. The private undercover patio area has braai facilities, a table and chairs with a beautiful garden view. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.

Plaasjapie can accommodate a family of 4 with the option to accommodate an extra child on a mattress for an additional cost. There are 2 three-quarter beds in an open loft area and a queen-size bed in the living area. The separate bathroom comprises a bath, shower, toilet and basin.

The air-conditioned unit has a blow fan-heater and fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, microwave, convection oven, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer. The lounge area has 2 chairs and a Smart TV with Netflix as well as Stay Essential DStv channels. Guests also have access to complimentary Wi-Fi during their stay. Guests are afforded secure covered parking on the premises. Klipperant has an electric fence for security and there is an automatic generator with 24-hour availability as well as emergency water.
