Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
Please be aware of fires and the potential of fire hazards. No big fires are allowed in the braai area and no fires are allowed outside of the braai area.
Please switch off lights, TV, and other electrical appliances and please make sure all showers and taps are properly turned off when not in use. When unattended, please close windows and keep doors locked.
Management is not liable for loss of personal property. Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables.
Please be aware that the property is not serviced. Guests are responsible to make their own beds and do their own dishes.
No pets are allowed in or on the property.
Please put trash in garbage containers, none are to be left outside.
Please conserve water and electricity.
The guest ensures that nothing shall be attached to floors, walls, or ceilings of the premises by nails, screws, glue guns, or other means, otherwise, any damage caused shall be charged to the guest.
All damages to the property and breakages and/or losses caused by guests will be charged for.
Please be courteous to other residents by keeping noise to a minimum and refrain from loud music and noise.
Please note that when any of the stated rules above is broken, we hold permission to ask guests to leave immediately and if anything is damaged the guest will be responsible for the charges.
