Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A key and breakage deposit is payable with the booking deposit. This is refundable via bank transfer within 5 to 7 working days of the check-out date after the house has been checked to confirm that everything is in order.
Please note that the key deposit will be withheld and extra fees will be charged if more guests than booked are found on the premises.
Please provide your bank details on arrival.
Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances if the key and breakage deposit have not been received.
