Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted and binding once the reservation has been confirmed and or deposit full payment has been received. Cancellation policy becomes binding upon acceptance and confirmation of booking. Please ask for a copy of our terms and conditions.

Dinner is available by prior arrangement only. Prices quoted are to be provided according to guest-specific requirements.

Positive identification is required upon check-in for all new guests, i.e. valid Passport or South African ID.

All Guests are required to complete either written or electronic check-in confirmation.

Respect for privacy should be adhered to at all times.

Quiet time on premisses from 22:00. No loud music is allowed at any stage during the day or night.

Television sound should not be audible outside of rooms.

Guests and or their employers will personally be held liable for replacement costs of lost or stolen keys and any damage to rooms or loss/damage to the contents of the room in which guests are accommodated. Replacement fee to be quoted upon incident and depends upon the quote received from suppliers.

Guests are not permitted to use house towels for the purpose of coloring hair, washing vehicles, or beach outings.

Guests will personally be held liable for all costs in respect of replacing linen and or towels damaged in any permanent way. Replacement fee to be quoted at the time of the incident and depends upon the quote received from suppliers.

Kragga Kamma B&B is a non-smoking establishment. Guests and or their employers will personally be held liable for a deep clean fee, should guests smoke inside the room.

The deep clean fee is to be quoted at the time of the incident and depends upon the quote received from suppliers and the duration that the room is out of service.

No guests may receive visitors in the rooms at any time without receiving prior consent from management.

Guests may use the swimming pool on the premises at their own risk. Strictly no under 12 children allowed at the pool without parental supervision.

Cancellation Policy - Friendly
