Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
An additional R1000 refundable breakage deposit is not included in the quote
The breakage deposit will be paid back within 2 weeks after departure if all is in order
An additional R550 exit cleaning fee is not included in the quote.
Please note that this establishment is not suitable for parties and cannot be used as a venue for functions.
No parties are allowed at the house.
A maximum of 3 vehicles are allowed to park at the property.
Guests should please be mindful of their surroundings and refrain from making noise after 22:00.
No additional guest/s will be allowed on the premises other than the number of guests mentioned in the original booking. No day visitors allowed.
Should guests behave in such a manner that is not acceptable by civilised standards or the property is used for any other purpose than originally stated, the client and his guests may be asked to vacate the premises.
If any of the rules are not adhered to, a fine can be given and deducted from the breakage deposit.
Cleaning services can be provided while guests are in the house, at an additional cost. Quote on cleaning services during stay on request.
Keep the house in the same condition as it was received. If the house is left in a condition where special cleaning is required, such charges will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
Please note that excessive dirt on the carpets will incur an additional cost per room.
Please bring your own swimming and beach towels.
