Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A copy of all guests ID/Passport, contact number and contact email address will be required upon check-in. On arrival at the security entrance, security will check guests temperature, take a quick photo of guests and staff members will hand over apartment keys. A staff member will then show guests to their parking bays and perform a quick apartment orientation.
Guests should bring their own swimming towels.
Housekeeping is provided on weekdays only, excluding public holidays. Additional housekeeping is available on weekends and public holidays at an additional cost of R 350.00. Please provide management with at least 24 hours’ notice of request. This is subject to availability.
Please note, Marina security require 12 hours’ notice for day guest’s approval. Please arrange any day guest requests with management within appropriate notice period to avoid any security issues.
Short term tenants will not be allowed to hold parties or functions in their rental apartments.
