Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No smoking is allowed on the premises.
No bachelor/bachelorette parties.
No picking of plants and flora, removing Indigenous vegetation, or disturbing or removing any animals, birds and/or reptiles.
No slaughtering of any animal, bird, reptile or fauna.
No loud music and noise is permitted after 22:30.
No overnight visitors or guests are permitted.
The consumption of alcohol is not allowed in any of the common spaces in the estate.
A maximum of 6 adults per house may be accommodated for rentals.
No pets are allowed.
All vehicles must be driven along the estate roads with due care and consideration and may not exceed 20 km/h.
Vehicles must be parked in a manner that does not obstruct other users.
Guests who refuse to follow the rules will be asked to vacate the premises.
