House Rules
-The apartment is rented on a self-catering basis.
-No smoking within the apartment, only on the balconies
-Please ensure to keep the house securely locked at all times
-Please treat the apartment as you would your own. Please use the cleaning materials provided. For stays of 7 days or longer, a once-weekly cleaning service will be included. For all other bookings, only a check out cleaning service will be provided.
-Additional cleaning services can be arranged at your own cost
-No parties allowed
- Please inform the establishment of any damage to property
-Please respect the fellow neighbours
- No grilling on the balcony, please use the designated braai area
- Please note that the outside furniture is bolted down and cannot be moved. Please ensure to bring the cushions from the balcony furniture inside daily.
- Guests need to bring their own beach/swimming towels.
