La Motte Gastehuis is situated on the N5, just 4 km outside Bethlehem towards Kestell/Harrismith. Here, guests can enjoy the natural beauty and tranquility of the Eastern Free State. It is ideal for overnight guests, business travelers, and parents attending sports tournaments.

The guesthouse provides lodging in 6 rooms for 12 to 17 guests. There are 2 bedrooms in the cottage, 3 outside rooms, and 1 attic room in the farmhouse.

Tortelduif is located in the cottage and has a double bed and a single bed with a bathroom fitted with a shower. Jangroentjie is in the cottage and has a king-size bed and a single bed with the bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath. Houtkapper is in the farmhouse, and is furnished with a king-size bed and 2 single beds, and features a bathroom with a shower-over-bath. Kokkewiet is an attic room in the farmhouse and, has a king-size bed and a single bed and features a bathroom fitted with a bathtub. Tinktinkie is a small room in the farmhouse with twin beds and, has a bathroom with a shower. Tarentaal is also a standalone room with twin beds and a bathroom fitted with a shower.

Each room also features a fridge, microwave, dining utensils, braai equipment, and coffee-and-tea-making facilities with rusks. Tortelduif and Houtkapper are fully self-catering units. Outside on the veranda and in the garden, there are barbecue facilities, a swimming pool, and ample space for children to play.
