Description
La Mouette 1 is a first-floor apartment situated in a secure complex that consists of 11 units in Manaba Beach. This complex has a small communal splash pool with a braai area and is mostly paved, with remote entrance and secure parking. The apartment offers stunning sea-views, and Lucien Beach is located close by.
The air-conditioned main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and air-conditioning, and the third bedroom has two single beds. All of the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and a vanity unit and the second bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, basic cutlery, and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s a dining table with chairs where guests can enjoy their meals together and the air-conditioned living area has 2 comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV installed with a selection of DStv channels.
The living area leads through sliding doors to a spacious balcony with an 8-seat patio set and a portable braai stand as well as gas braai facilities. Here, guests can unwind and take in the lovely ocean views.
