I am sorry to hear that you feel there was no maintenance at the facility. Firstly, our sincere apologies for the unscheduled cold water you experienced when the geyser tripped during the night. We've taken your concerns to heart, and rest assured, the geyser is now on high alert. The team has committed to keep a close watch on it, preventing any unexpected trips. Safety first, right?
Our maintenance team normally performs with great skill, ensuring every light bulb twinkles, every faucet functions properly, and every WiFi signal remains strong. Sadly, they can only rectify issues if we are made aware of them. Apart from the geyser incident, we did not receive any complaints from your side. We encourage you to inform the hotel staff about any issues or concerns in the future. Should anything fall short of your standards in the future, a maintenance team will be summoned to your service. Ek is jammer om te hoor dat julle die verblyf onaanvaarbaar gevind het. Die ontvangs is in die gebou langs die hoof gebou waar julle eenheid was. Mariska het julle gehelp om in te boek omdat sy daar was en julle die moeite wou spaar om na die ontvangs te loop. Ons weet dat ons gaste ver ry en probeer gewoonlik om te help sodat hulle so gou as moontlik kan uitpak en ontspan.

Dankie dat julle ons daarop wys dat dit onaanvaarbaar was. Ons sal seker maak om die mense in die toekoms te vra of hulle verkies om na die ontvangs te gaan. Dit het natuurlik ook veroorsaak dat sy nie vir julle kon sê wanneer julle uit boek nie. Gewoonlik weet die gaste wanneer hulle gaan en sy moes my gebel het om gou op die sisteem te kyk. Ek kan verstaan dat dit moeilik is om te beplan as mens nie weet wanneer jy moet uit boek nie. Mens wil nou nie 'n dag vroeer vertrek as jy nog 'n dag kan ontspan nie. Die braai area wat ons het is 'n gemeenskaplike braai area wat al die mense gebruik. Jy het dalk nie gemerk dat daar 4 hokkies met roosters is en slegs 2 kamers wat by die area is nie. Julle het versoek om by julle eenheid te braai omdat julle nie wou om loop na die gemeenskaplike area nie. Ons het gese dit is nie vir ons 'n probleem nie maar weereens baie dankie dat julle ons daarop wys. Ek gaan verseker in die toekoms seker maak dat al die gaste braai in die area wat daarvoor gealokeer is. Ek merk dat julle al die punte as een gemerk het. Ongelukkig kan ek niks doen aan die ligging van die fasiliteit nie maar die effektiwiteit van my skoonmakers is iets wat ek graag meer van sal wil hoor aangesien dit die eerste keer is dat iemand vir ons 'n 1 gee vir netheid.

Voel asb vry om vir my 'n e-pos te stuur met presies wat vuil was in die eenheid. Ons het ook nog nooit enige iemand gehad wat probleme ondervind het met die sekuriteit nie. Laat weet asseblief vir my of iemand in die erf gepeuter het terwyl julle daar was. Het iemand probeer om in julle eenheid in te kom of dalk probeer om in julle voertuig in te breek? Het die elektronies hek dalk nie toe gegaan en toegang gegee aan ongewenste elemente? Ek sal dit vreeslik waardeer as julle kan bevestig wat julle onveilig laat voel het sodat ek alles in my vermoe kan doen om dit te verhoed met toekomstige gaste. Hoewel die pallisades dit maklik maak vir mense om deur te kyk was dit, en die feit dat alles rondom die gebou goed verlig is, tot dusver 'n afskrik middel vir enige ongewenste elemente. Ek gaan nie weet as daar mense gepeuter het tensy iemand die moeite doen om my daarvan te se nie. Dankie vir julle bereidwilligheid om dit aan my uit te wys.
