The stay was fine, but lacking care and attention. The TV didn't work and no one was around to help. The room was fine, but the bathroom was not en-suite. Our stay coincided with the resumption of loadshedding and there were no facilities - emergency lights, etc. to help. The manager was nowhere to be seen.
