Extra Fees

Price Includes
- Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis and bath towels and beach/pool towels are supplied.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- The following refundable breakage deposit is payable with the deposit prior to arrival: R3 000 per 5 day stay. Deposit will be refunded within 14 days less any breakages or damages if applicable.
- An additional fee of R500 is payable with deposit prior to arrival. Should the property be left in an unacceptable condition - an extra cleaning fee will be deducted from the refundable deposit.
- Any lost keys or keys not returned will result in locks and keys being replaced and the guest held accountable for such charges. This is in the interest of security.
