General Rules
Respect the Property: Please treat our home with the same respect as you would your own. We have put a lot of effort into making it a comfortable and enjoyable space.
Cleanliness: Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. This will make it easier when checkout time comes.
Noise and Parties
No Loud Music: To respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment, loud music is not allowed at any time.
No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited on the property. This helps ensure a quiet and enjoyable stay for all guests.
Pool Rules
No Unattended Children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when in or around the pool area. This is for their safety.
Pool Hours: The pool is open from 8 AM to 8 PM. Please respect these hours to allow for maintenance and cleaning.
No Glassware: For safety reasons, please do not bring glassware into the pool area.
No unsupervised kids allowed at the pool.
Use the provided plastic cups and containers.
Shower Before Entering: Please shower before entering the pool to help keep it clean.
No Diving: Diving is not allowed due to the pool’s depth. Please enter the pool feet first.
Safety and Security
Lock Doors and Windows: Always lock doors and windows when you leave the property to ensure your belongings are safe.
Emergency Exits: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and procedures in case of an emergency.
Additional Guidelines
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. A designated smoking area is provided outside.
Pets: Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed upon with the host.
