Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- The refundable breakage deposit will be payable to the property a minimum of 21-days prior to arrival date. This payment can be via credit card or EFT. The property will contact you at time of booking to provide payment details.
- No student/matric rage bookings or groups, events, functions. This property is purely family accommodation and reserves the right to cancel any booking that do not fall within this category.
- Due to the complex's location, guests will experience environmental sounds i.e. complex living, surrounding streets and neighbours etc.
- No smoking is allowed.
- No pets are allowed.
- The apartment can only be accessed via stairs.
- Parking is uncovered, unallocated and off-street.
