Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- Please note that a refundable breakage deposit of R1000 will be levied on your account; payable with the balance of your invoice prior to arrival.
- Please note that a 50% deposit is required on confirmation of your booking; we require the balance to be paid prior to arrival.
- We kindly request that you arrive after 14:00 and depart by 10:00.
- The breakage deposit is refundable within 30 working days from departure; less deductions for any damages or cash bank deposit fees, if any.
- If your banking details are not provided correctly on the booking form provided your refunded breakage deposit will be forfeited after 3 months.
- No cheque payments will be accepted. The bank charges on cash deposits will be charged to your account.
- We regret no credit card payment facilities are available at the establishment.
- This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking will only be permitted outside.
- We regret that no pets are allowed at Laguna la Crete.
-This is a strictly non-smoking apartment and smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
-The service charge of R650 is utilized towards the cleaning and sanitizing of the apartment upon your check out. Should you require additional cleaning, this can be arranged at a nominal rate.
-The South Coast region has experienced water outages. Kindly note, these are beyond our control and should water interruptions arise during your stay, your kind understanding will be highly appreciated.
