Laguna Rest offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a stylishly furnished ground-floor apartment in a secure complex in Langebaan and is a 2-minute drive from the Laguna Mall and popular Mykonos Casino.

This property can accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and a bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, washbasin and toilet. The spacious main bedroom is furnished with an extra-length double bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. All linen and towels are provided, and a warm blanket is supplied in each room. An ironing board is provided, but guests are required to bring their own iron.

The main living area has an open-plan layout with a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table and a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV with Netflix. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

Through the sliding doors, is a private relaxation courtyard with a built-in braai and seating under an umbrella. Guests are afforded secure parking in a lock-up garage. There is space for a second vehicle in the driveway, but it is not undercover.

The unit also offers table tennis, a dart board, basketball hoop and putt-putt. Ideal for keeping young and old busy and entertained on rainy days.
