The living areas are open-plan and comprise a lounge, dining room and kitchen. The lounge areas have TV's with basic DStv channels. The units are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans. The kitchens are fully equipped with 4-plate stoves with ovens and hobs, double door fridges and microwaves.

Guests have use of a lock-up garage or secure under-cover parking for vehicles or boats. There is secure, fenced in swimming pool available to guest.
