House Rules
We are pet-friendly. Furry friends must be well socialised as other dogs are on the property.
There is no rate increase over peak periods, but we apply a minimum stay policy of 3 nights over a long weekend, 4 nights over Easter, 5 nights over Christmas and 3 nights over New Year.
Check-in from 2 p.m. Check out by 10 a.m. If there are no pre or post-bookings, arrival is from 12 noon and departure is anytime during the day.
Due to the quiet nature of our surroundings, we cannot allow loud music to be played, nor any quad bikes on the farm.
We do not allow open fires outside during the winter months. We live in a forested area.
Wood is provided.
