Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- The refundable breakage deposit will be payable to this office a minimum of 21-days prior to arrival date. This payment can be via credit card or EFT. This office will contact you at time of booking to provide payment details.
- No student/matric rage bookings or groups, events, functions. This accommodation is purely family accommodation and we reserve the right to cancel any booking that does not fall within this category.
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation and no pets allowed except by prior request.
- Property is located in a residential area with reasonable noise such as gardening or building work generally acceptable between 07:00 and 18:00, and party noise to about 22:00.
- Cottage can only be accessed via stairs.
- DStv is only accessible via DStv Now app using occupant's own login details.
