Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Rates are quoted per room per night, in South African Rand.
Check-in is at Speelhuis directly 36 Zeus Street Langebaan, from 15h00 and the check out time is 11h00.
We reserve the right to move reservations between units of a similar classification, should the need arise.
A copy of an identification document & credit card is required upon check-in. A holding deposit of R1000 per day booked is required upon check-in which will be refunded upon check-out, subject to incidentals and full settlement of account. Cash will be required from non-credit card holders.
A full housekeeping service will be done after every 4th night of occupation (includes linen and towel change) for longer stays.
