Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay, beautifully appointed rooms, with all you need. The garden is spectacular; we had the good fortune of seeing the rose garden in full bloom.

What a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful and spacious and has a very understated luxurious feel to it. The surroundings are breathtaking and the host was incredibly sweet and welcoming.

Omring met baie mooi tuine. Goed toegeruste verblyf met 'n goeie ligging. Kan aanbeveel.

'n Sprokiemooie plekkie.

Ek het saam met my ma in die Paddock Suite gebly. Ons was absoluut oorweldig deur die pragtige tuine, yslike groot groen bome en die rustigheid wat die omgewing bied. 'n Magdom skoenlappers het in die tuin rondgefladder wat dit soos iets uit 'n sprokiesboek laat lyk het. Die suite het groot vensters wat die pragtige tuin na binne laat vloei en die stylvolle binnekant gekomplimenteer het. Daar is gemaklike sitplekke buite vir 'n heerlike buitelugete sowel as 'n vuurput vir geselligheid. Die kombuis was goed toegerus vir selfsorg. 'n Kort en gemaklike stappie neem jou na die rivier en waterval. Ons sal so gou moontlik weer 'n besoek daar aflê. Baie dankie Diana vir jou pragtige skat wat jy so mildelik met almal deel. Wat 'n seën.

A very lovely place.

Nestled amongst trees and surrounded by paddocks, this is a wonderful location. The sound of a stream nearby and twittering birds is all you hear. Most restful.

Restorative, quiet, lovely accommodation.

The Cabin in the Woods is well equipped and with lovely views and situated in a quiet, somewhat rustic environment, the ideal place for a time-out to enjoy nature, squirrels, horses, and trees. Yet, it is closely situated to Stellenbosch, Somerset-West, Strand and Cape Town. Friendly and helpful. Di ensured a comfortable stay too.

Pragtige verblyf omring deur perde en die natuur. Kan nie vir 'n beter wegbreekbestemming vra nie.

Werklik 'n gawe bestemming.

Vanaf ons aankoms was Dianna die ware gasvrou. Omstandighede was moeilik a.g.v. die groot reën wat die Kaap getref het. Dianna het probeer om ons te help met dinge soos kookwater, flitse en 'n stort in 'n ander huisie wat gas gehad het. Daar was geen krag op die perseel nie, want die kragtoevoer in Stellenbosch was af.

A beautiful spot, calming and delightful.

Myself and my bestie stayed over at Paddocks Cottage for a girls' night of chatting and relaxing. The owner was so welcoming and helpful. The cottage was quaint and pretty, very comfortable. The property is gorgeous with a river on the back boundary (you can hear it and see it but cannot access it), huge established trees and a lovely diverse garden. We took a walk to greet the horses and would have ended the evening with wine by the outside fire pit if the rain didn't interfere. The beds were comfy. I recommend this place if you are seeking peace, quiet and natural beauty.

Lovely stay. Was amazing to have solar and not experience any loadshedding. Loved having the cute doggo's around on the premises. Beautiful garden. Tranquil sounds of the river during the night. Good, safe location close to wine farms.

Staying at The Cabin in the woods was magical. The views of the trees in the forest, sounds of the birds and horses right outside our door were calming and peaceful. Such a magical place to be! We will definitely be back!

A fabulous stay.

Diana accommodated me and my son in the cottage by making 2 single beds. The cottage was spacious, neat and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful big trees, dogs, horses, squirrels and the whole atmosphere. We can definitely recommend staying at Languedoc.

Perfect little getaway.

Quiet cabin with a fireplace, perfect for a weekend away with everything you could possibly need. Hidden in the most beautiful trees surrounded by all kinds of animals and birds.

Alles wat mens nodig het, pragtig stylvol ingerig, rustige atmosfeer vir heerlik ontspan. Lekker naby geleë aan middedorp en wynplase. Uber het ons op en afgelaai by die hek, sonder enige probleme. Thank you Di, it was really a wonderful 3 days at your cabin in the woods.

Ons het 'n heerlike aand spandeer by Languedoc Farm, en was baie beïndruk met die mooi, natuurryke omgewing met die tuin en wandelpaadjie wat loop na 'n rivier op die perseel. Ons verwagtinge was oortref, en ons het die gasheerpaartjie baie behulpsaam en vriendelik gevind. Ons sal definitief weer terug gaan.

We would just like to thank Languedoc Farm for the awesome one night we could stay there. We are so sad to go after one night, we wished we had more time to stay. We will definitely make an effort to come again and most certainly recommend this place for our friends.

'n Juweel buite Stellenbosch. Rustig en pragtige tuin met die mooiste voëllewe. Uile in die nag! Baie vriendelike gasheer en gasvrou en baie baie netjies! Sal dit aanbeveel!

Awesome place to chill out.

We had a fab weekend staying at Languedoc Farm. Very central for the winelands. The hostess was very helpful with her recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.

Baie stil en privaat. Ek sal graag weer hier bespreek. Meer as genoeg spasie. Ek sal graag my geliefde hierheen bring om haar te bederf.

Baie lekker gebly en sal weer daar bly. Baie veilig en geen geraas. Kombuis is ten volle uitgerus met al die benodigdhede. Daar's tot suiker, koffie, sout en peper en skottelgoedseep.

Baie oulike blyplek met pragtige tuin.

Languedoc is regtig goed geleë om Stellenbosch en die omliggende area te verken. Die eienaars is baie vriendelik en gaan uit hul pad om jou gemaklik te laat voel. Die tuin is pragtig. Sal die plekkie wel aanbeveel.

Astoundingly beautiful, peaceful place!

Room was very comfortable, cosy and spacious with all the amenities required. Owner was very friendly and obliging. Would have enjoyed it if the rooms were serviced - personal preference!
