L’Escalier is a spacious beachfront apartment for 9 guests in Amanzimtoti.

Overlooking the ocean and beach, the 3-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor and can be accessed by an elevator or stairs. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a single bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the third room is furnished with 2 bunk beds. The 2 rooms share the use of a bathroom with a bath. For convenience, bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, a fridge, washing machine, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table.

Guests can relax in the lounge or on the balcony which has a built-in braai and lovely ocean views. A telescope is also available for use to view the dolphins and whales in season. A cleaning service can be arranged on request, and small pets are welcome with prior arrangement.

The complex has a communal swimming pool that guests are welcome to use, and children please need to be supervised at all times.

L’Escalier is situated 75 m from the beach, and 140 m from Toti Mall which offers various shops and restaurants. Amanzimtoti offers a variety of restaurants and shops, and activities ranging from fishing, diving, snorkelling, surfing. Guests can view the Sardine Run between June to August or visit the Amanzimtoti Bird Sanctuary, the Ilanda Wilds Nature Reserve, Splash Water World water park, and more.
