Due to our experience we cannot recommend the Liberty Lodge, and we will not stay there again.

We were allocated a different, smaller, inferior room to what we booked and paid for. It was only after I repeatedly questioned the host and threatened to cancel our booking that she offered to remedy the situation. This took a while. The WiFi was not working, and apparently had not been working since the Friday before our arrival (not that important, but it was not communicated and we had to query why there was no WiFi). My stay was like being at home. Very accommodating to my personal needs, both Ruth and Lisa.
