Description

This newly renovated, fully equipped luxury self-catering Penthouse has a 180-degree sea view from the large covered balcony facing Uvongo and Manaba beach-front. There is a built in braai on the patio with table, chairs and deckchairs where you can relax while viewing the dolphins and passing whales.

This 3-bedroom unit sleeps up to 4 adults and 4 children, making it ideal for a family holiday. The unit is located on the third floor and is accessed by a staircase. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a stylish corner bath and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has a single bed, bunk bed and a single bed mattress. The second bathroom also has a stylish corner bath and shower. Linen is provided but please bring your own towels, beach towels and dishcloths.

There is a TV with a DStv premium, free Wi-Fi and a radio, a large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 2 fridge-freezers, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. A one-plate gas stove with kettle and lights are available during loadshedding.

Facilities include a lock-up safe, undercover parking, electric fencing and a night watch. A large swimming pool and tidal pool are directly in front of the unit.
