Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off R550 admin fee and a R970 cleaning fee per booking.

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R700 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
2 child-only mattresses can be provided prior to arrangement.
There is also a refundable key and breakage deposit that is collected on arrival.
The flat is serviced daily, except for Sunday’s and/or public holidays, with a general service (excluding dishes)
The noise level must be toned down by 22:00 at night.
On departure please ensure that the flat is left in the same condition it was found on arrival otherwise an R200.00 fee will be charged to yourself in order to have the place cleaned thoroughly.
Unfortunately, no pets allowed on the premises.
