Naby die strand, veilig om te gaan stap, en skoon badkamers by die strand!

We had a lovely time.

The apartment was walking distance from the main beach. The area felt safe, and a security guard was always roaming the apartment block. We enjoyed using their braai facilities. Our apartment had a lovely few of the ocean from the balcony. There is nothing better than having breakfast on the balcony with your friends and family while having the beautiful sight of the ocean in the corner of your eyes and the soothing sound of the waves in your ears.

It was 100% good.

We were very happy and it was perfect. I wish I could have it next time and I will recommend the place with no hesitation. Only 1 thing that was not right: in my room the aircon was not working. But the place 100%.

Flat could do with an upgrade, but it was very clean and very comfortable.

Stapafstand vanaf strand. Vriendelike en behulpsame dames. Skoon en netjies. Toilet het gelek en was binne minute herstel. Dankie Marie, vir jou vriendelike ontvangs. Sal julle definitief weer besoek.

Baie goeie ligging. Lekker ruim. Pragtige uitsig.

Kort net gasbraaier op die stoep. Moet elke keer onder toe gaan om te braai.

We had a good and enjoyable holiday throughout our stay at Licorna Beach.

Was gemiddeld.

Met aankoms, was daar elektrisiteit in die woonstel, die oomblik toe ek die lugversorger aanskakel het dit die hoofstroomskakelaar uitgebrand. Ek het die eienaar telekemale probeer skakel, maar hul het nie geantwoord nie en toe later hul fone afgeskakel. Ek het die noodnommer geskakel en die verteenwoordiger het ook sy bes probeer om die eienaar in die hande te kry. Vroeg Saterdagoggend het die verteenwoordiger my geskakel om te sê dat hul steeds nie die eienaar in die hande kry nie. Ek het die saak met die opsigter van Licorna opgevat, sy het toe gereël dat 'n elektrisiën uitkom. Die elektrisiën het ongeveer 11:30 ogedaag en die elektrisiteit herstel. Die eienaar van die eenheid het ons wel op die einde van die dag vergoed met R600 vir die ongerief. Ek was net baie teleurgesteld dat mens niemand van hulp in die hande kon kry na-ure nie.

Considering the size, safety, and cleanliness, the price was amazing.

If the pricing is as affordable during peak season, I would definitely consider booking in at Licorna Beach Vakansie.

The location is great. But that's were it ends.

The Flat is in a state of dis-repair with mould in the bedrooms in various places, so much that the paint is peeling of the walls in a few places, the main bedroom's bathroom did not have a handel on the door so you cannot close it. The second bathroom's floor was wet all the time. The air-con duct runs right below the concrete causing condensation on the floor. When the people below run their air-con, you cannot be in the 2nd bedroom as the AC unit is right at your window making a noise. The people in the unit below us made such a noice in the afternoon we would have to complain. This happened twice, fortunately we left after that. What a great location but a very badly maintained unit. There are many better places to stay for the same money.
