We had a great stay. Comfortable unit which is spacious and has amazing views. We will recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay at Licorna Beach Vacation Apartment 60.

We enjoyed our stay at Licorna Beach Vakansie Woonstel 60, except one toilet that was leaking and one light in the dining room area that was not working. Other than that, everything was perfect. The place is clean and managed by friendly staff. The apartments are within walking distance of uMhlanga Sands and Ocean Mall, as well as the beach. We will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Perfekte ligging, lekker weer, goeie diens, alles werk.

Baie lekker plek met baie spasie en mooi uitsig.

Baie lekker gebly vir die 9 dae. Die personeel was hulpvaardig. Die hysbak het ongelukkig nie gewerk toe ons aangekom het nie, maar is kort daarna herstel. Mooi see-uitsig. Baie ruim woonstel. WiFi was nie beskikbaar nie, en dit sal welkom wees vir die toekoms. Om te kan braai op die balkon sal ook welkom wees.

Beautiful place, service needs some work.

Place is beautiful, especially unit 60. It has awesome views. We found that we were missing glasses. I think there should be a staff member who welcomes guests and does a walk-through to ensure that everything listed on the inventory sheet is indeed in the room. You are charged a breakage deposit, but a walk-through with the guest is not done to ensure that we are all on the same page. The parking area is also not great; there was a big car parked in the parking bay next to 60, leaving us with not enough space to park. However, thank you for assisting with alternative parking. I think 9:30 is early for checkout. We had requested a late checkout in advance, but the reception was not very helpful. We had only requested an extra 30 minutes but were left feeling unassisted. This was very disappointing, considering housekeeping could easily start with other spaces that had not asked for late check out.

Best value for money, walking distance to the swimming beach, safe area.

All self-catering units that we have stayed in before claimed to include a cleaning service, including washing dishes. We were surprised that this was not included as part of the service. Not that we mind washing dishes, but when a unit is advertised as serviced and there are exclusions, it should be stated upfront. The unit is a little tired and needs some TLC. I cannot fault the location and position of the property at all. We enjoyed the balcony and the great views.

Oor die algemeen het ons lekker gebly. Woonstel het bietjie aandag nodig. Gangkas bo was onbruikbaar - was stukkend. Kamers se gordyne lyk al verbleik en oud. Dit sal goed wees as gaste gratis WiFi kan kry aangesien die meeste blyplekke en eetplekke dit gratis aanbied.

I would go back anytime and recommend it. Best value for money.

Very safe, friendly and helpful staff. Best view and very close to walk. We enjoyed the stay, the pool and braai area. Friendly security at gate. A 10/10 for our stay we will see you soon.

Licorna Beach Vakansie Woonstel 60 was just perfect for a group of 8! The view was breathtaking!

We had a great weekend and 5 minute walk to the beach which was a bonus!

Perfek vir ons sportgroep. Groep van kano-atlete. Perfekte verblyf vir ons doeleindes. Skoon, netjies en baie goed geprys.

Exceeded our expectations.

Number 60 is a gem. Most incredible view day and night. This double-story is fully equipped, clean and comfortable. The direct beach access also makes it very convenient. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely be back soon.

Absoluut fantastiese uitsig.

Fantastiese, mooi uitsig uit 'n wonderlike en gerieflike eenheid, met direkte toegang tot die strand en pragtige staparea. Die beste van als is dat die woonstel nie tussen die massas mense en besige woonstelareas is nie, maar eenkant en die beste area in Umhlanga. My mooiste herinnering van Licorna Beach Woonstel 60 is dat jy wakker word en die eerste ding wat jy sien, is die See! Absolute fantastiese ervaring and sal weer terugkom!

Fantastic view, far enough from main beach to be quiet, yet close enough to walk there and enjoy the day.

I initially wanted to book a unit on 3rd floor, but the unit was not available anymore. Unit 60 was, I had to pay more, but huge was my surprise when it turned out to be a double storey unit on the top floor! I want to go back one day!
