House Rules
If guests would like to celebrate a special occasion, the host can arrange everything. Refreshments, items for the fridge, drinks, snacks, and special gifts can be pre-booked and paid for.
The Marina has 24-hour security, with cameras throughout the streets and broader village feeding to a control room, and streets are regularly patrolled so you are safe to walk our streets and breathe in the fresh air. Please be respectful to our staff and adhere to the Marina's rules.
Loud music, fast driving and excessive noise are not in line with the Marina's charm. The Marina's rules are to keep noise levels down by 10 PM on weekdays and by 11 PM on weekends.
The unit is available for a maximum of 2 people. A 3rd person can be accommodated only with prior approval from your host, and additional charges will apply.
No smoking inside is allowed, but feel free to smoke outside. Please be mindful of not leaving any cigarette butts anywhere on the property.
