We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend at Listening Wind. The house is well-equipped, clean and beautifully furnished.

Onvergeetlike wegbreek soos altyd.

Nog 'n onvergeetlike, vinnige, familie wegbreek. Die akkommodasie is 'n wegbreek van die huis met al die nodige toebehore en soveel meer wat sorg vir pragtige herinneringe. Die huis en swembad is netjies skoon. Die pizza-oor is 'n absolute wenner. 10/10 vir die vriendelike gasvrou wat altyd sorg dat alles in plek is. Dankie, ons kom definitief weer 'n draai maak.

Verblyf was baie netjies, met alles en meer as wat nodig is. Die kuns in die huis is ongelooflik. Word hoogs aanbeveel. Klaar geboek vir die volgende vakansie.

Beautiful house for a resourcing weekend.

We re-visited this beautiful house and again enjoyed the artistic decoration, comfort and space. Everything was just perfect.

Baie dankie Chrissie vir 'n onvergeetlike naweek wat definitief in die wêreldrekords opgeteken gaan word. Ek is so bly dat ek en my vriendinne die Wêreldbeker 2023 finaal by Listening Wind Self-catering kon ervaar. Listening Wind Self-catering en die Springbokke het nie teleurgestel nie. Die naweek was propvol pret wat net vriendinne saam kan ervaar. Baie dankie vir julle gasvryheid. Ons kom definitief weer kuier.

Dit is 'n besondere huis met ongelooflike kuns.

'n Mens voel bevoorreg om soveel kunswerke en mooi goed van oor die wêreld heen te kan geniet. Eintlik wil 'n mens langer kuier om van die boeke ook te kan lees!

I would definitely recommend Listening Wind Self-catering to my friends and family. This is the second time I have visited, and I have noticed remarkable artwork. The house is very neat and nice. It is well situated and easily accessible. It is also very safe and secure. I will definitely be visiting again. 🤗

Drieslaapkamer-woning en elke kamer het sy eie badkamer. Lieflike braaikamer en die mooiste kuns. Dankie Chrissie vir jul aandag aan detail en gasvryheid. Ons het die omgewing getoer deur die dag en kon saans heerlik ontspan by die swembad. Lieflike braaikamer en die mooiste kuns.

Absolutely peaceful.

Beautiful home with everything that you need. Loved that each room had a bathroom and spaciousness. Indoor braai which was well used due to the rain. All that is missing is a dishwasher. Overall wonderful stay.

Mooi, inspirerend, anders en net vreedsaam, salig.

Vanaf ons verwelkoming en toer deur die huis tot ons vertrek was meer as wat ons verwag het. Die huis is baie mooi en gerieflik met alles wat ons nodig gehad het. Tuin agter met swembad was perfek, die binne braai/kuier area was al wat nodig was vir die winderige koel aande. Alles was skoon en in werkende toestand en die kamers ruim en gemaklik. Ons beveel dit aan vir enigiemand wat in Betty's Baai omgewing wil gaan kuier.

Alles by Listening winds is so spesiaal dat mens nie net 'n naweek daar kan wees nie. Ek sou vir ewig daar wou bly as dit moontlik was. Dis die beste plek om net jy te wees. Ontspan en nogmaals ontspan. Dankie vir 'n asemrowende naweek.

Die gasvrou het regtig die bly gemaklik gemaak.

Baie gashere is nie baie akkommoderend nie, en dit is waarskynlik dat baie gaste wat vakansiehuise bespreek kom om hulle te geniet en baie keer stamp die gashere en die gaste koppe as dit by die kuier en geniet deel kom. Ons gasvrou was baie lieflik en daar was respek beide kante toe.

A very unique home to stay in. We loved all the art and colour.

The sunroom with the pizza oven was a big hit. While it rained, we were warm and entertained with our pizza making. The garden and the pool have enticed us to make a repeat visit in summer.

Higthly recommend.

Friendliness starts by the moment you meet Chrissie. We had amazing time and felt safe. The house is perfect for Couples even for a nice break away for Family. Listening Wind we will see you again. It is always a pleasure to enjoy you weekend with a nice and neat place. Even if it was windy, Listening Wind has a way of keeping you warm.

This house is very modern with a great layout. Beautiful interior design and decorations. Large braai room, which became our family fun room. Great garden with privacy from neighbours. Quick stroll to stunning beach. Definitely one of our best choices in weekend getaways. We will love to go back soon.

Amazing, house is perfect for getaways with family and friends!

House layout is beautiful, spacious, braai room is nice and big and amazing pizza oven is a plus. Lovely big backyard with swimming pool, safety with vehicles parked inside double automated garage, house fitted with alarm, DStv, and WiFi always a plus as well.

I want to thank the owners of Listening Wind for an amazing stay. Everything was absolutely perfect. The decor, the art, the comfort and the house had everything one needed. I love the fact that our pets were allowed as well. I will most definitely be back for another stay️.

Listening Wind is 'n paradys!

Listening Wind is 'n klein paradys. Alles wat oop en toe maak is in die huis! Ons het die hele naweek in die braaikamer en swembad gekuier, en ons hondekind was in die sewende hemel. Die huis is pragtig gemeubileer, met kunswerke van reg oor die wêreld. Elke kamer het sy eie badkamer (en die geheime buitestort was 'n bonus!). Ons sal vir seker terugkom.

Peaceful.

It was very peaceful. The place was clean and exactly as the pictures the space was realxing and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet the beach was close by and it was really value for money we would recommend. 10/10. It was very secure and felt very homey better than expected.

Wonderlik.

Ons was n gesin van 4 en 2 honde, en kan sê dat ons sowel as die honde ons baie geniet het. Die blyplek was netjies en baie verwelkomend. Die omgewing is rustig en Chrissie en Morag het uitstekende dienste gelewer met hul vriendelike en hulpvaardige persoonlikheid. Sal enige tyd weer teruggaan.

Van die oomblik wat jy by die huis instap, voel jy tuis. Die huis is pragtig, met mooi dekor en het alles wat nodig is vir 'n gemaklike verblyf. Die pizza-oond en braai-area was 'n gereelde kuierplek. Die swembad 'n bonus wanneer jy van die strand afkom wat lekker naby is. Chrissie was baie vriendelik en hulpvaardig, het ons deurgans op hoogte gehou van krag- en water probleme in die area. Sal die huis verseker aanbeveel.

Our stay was amazing.

From the moment you step into the house you are transported to so many different experiences. The house is so beautifully designed and the decor is amazing it really enhances your stay. We will definitely be booking another getaway soon. I highly recommend this place for a break. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Amazing holiday spot.

Listening Wind is amazing. The location is perfect as it's just a short walk to the beach. The weekend we stayed there was quite cold and rainy but the place is great for just chilling indoors. There is a great inside chill area with a pizza oven! Needless to say, we made epic pizzas. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it and come back for another stay.

Lekker, gesellige huis.

Die huis is baie pragtig en netjies. Die badkamers in elke kamer is 'n bonus. Ons het regtig ons tydjie geniet in Listening Wind. Die kuier-area is baie lekker.

Great family getaway.

No doubt we will be back. Our host was so wonderful, we forgot out potjie at home and she quickly organised to have one available for us the next day. The kids enjoyed playing in the amazing garden and obviously swimming to their hearts content, while the adults chilled in the entertainment area. Basically lived there the entire weekend. The house is wonderfully laid out and we felt very secure. What more do you need? Thanks so much.

Stunning, comfortable, affordable.

What a stunning place to take the family and 4 legged family to spend so well deserved R&R. We had a great time and our furry children had a secure spacious yard to run around. We had the luxury of comfort with that feeling of a home away from home. We will definitely return and will recommend this place for any pet owners who take their pets when traveling.

My family and myself needed a breakaway. Listening wind definitely was the best. The house has a tranquil feel to it. It was peaceful and we could really unwind and enjoy ourselves. Our host was amazing, welcomed us and really made an effort. Thank you so much.

Only 500 m from the sea, beautiful views of the mountain, 3 self-contained large rooms, a green lawn, lovely outdoor table with indoor braai. Host went out of her way to repair internet on a Saturday, friendly - we would love to return.

This was an amazing experience being with my friends. Everything in the house was accessible. The pool area was beautiful for the love pictures we took. We recommended a few people to book. Will definitely book again.
