But we understand that the Midlands is very chilly in winter and so we have an air conditioner/ heater in the Fern Forest Cottage, and we've now placed hot water bottles in the rooms to help keep the chills away! We would also like to thank you for bringing it to our attention that there wasn't a hair dryer in your cottage. We are so sorry about this! We have rectified this and are also in the process of putting up a mirror above the dresser to make getting ready easier. Thanks for the suggestion!
