Good but not great. Has potential. Friendly hosts but could check on guests more.

Our stay was fine. They were friendly. We stayed over 2 nights, so it would have been great if they provided us with 4 towels. There was also no soap for the shower or shampoo and conditioner. The flat is cozy and private, but an air-conditioner and a TV would add more value to their guests' stay. The shower and kitchen are amazing. Maybe a tiny plunge pool in the cottage's private lawn would also be a great addition. Overall, they are lovely people, but it was not really value for money.

Regarding the amenities, our cottage is accurately advertised as a small, affordable seaside getaway, ideal for guests who wish to enjoy the natural surroundings and local beaches. It is not marketed as a full-service accommodation with amenities such as a private pool, air conditioning, TV, or daily housekeeping. For guests seeking these features, we would recommend considering a hotel option that offers such services at a different price point.

We take pride in our service and have never received such negative feedback in the past, so we find this a bit surprising. Nonetheless, we value all input and will continue to work towards improving the experience we offer.
