Little Tree Loft

As stated above.

The short stay was pleasurable and refreshing. The bed was of good quality. Neighbours appear to be noisy over weekends and the toilet needs toilet spray.

Our stay was ok but unfortunately had a bad experience on the second night.

Our hostess advised us and apologised a day before our arrival that a family member would receive us on arrival as she would not be available due to a family crisis involving a motor car accident. Some positives and negatives were experienced. Reception worked ok but a bell at the gate would simplify getting hold of the host. The very compact loft room was very neat and clean with everything that we needed. Unfortunately, you will bang your head at least once against the bolt holding the thatch roof rafters up, before making sure that you duck sufficiently to get to one side of the bed. We are short people and found this quite annoying. A rearrangement of the room layout may reduce this risk somewhat. On our second night, we left our vehicle with a large trailer in the street outside and were obviously more sensitive to outside noises. We were awakened at about 01:15 by the arrival of what we believe was our stand-in host, who then seemed to prepare food and chat with someone downstairs for some time, which we could hear and had difficulty falling asleep again. About 30 minutes later he left again, and after about another 15 minutes someone arrived and hooted outside to get the attention of someone inside (no bell outside). The annoying hooting was repeated a few times, whereafter what sounded like a woman must have climbed over the gate and was knocking at the front door for quite a while. We could hear this clearly in our upstairs loft room. After no response, they left by car again. A car sounding like the same one returned about 30 minutes later and just sounded like it was stopping at the gate, but then drove off again. We were obviously hyper-sensitive to the movements outside with our car and loaded trailer parked in the street. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a bad night for us. The next morning, the hostess called us on our way back home to find out how our stay was, and I discussed our unpleasant experience. She apologised and did some homework and gave us feedback a short while later, with a sincere apology. We will in future rather find another place to stay, however, not as a result of our experience, but rather due to the extreme compactness of the loft room and steepness of the stairs. We would also prefer something separate from the main house.

Beautiful comfortable accommodation with all you could wish for.

Accommodation was very comfortable, beautifully decorated with all you needed. Very clean and neat. Even though it was very hot, it was wonderful to stay there.

We had a great stay at Little Tree Loft. It offers great value for money and is set in a nice, quiet location. We also enjoyed a really amazing breakfast in the morning. I would definitely recommend Little Tree Loft.

Ons is baie vriendelik ontvang deur die eienaar. Plek is pragtig en netjies. Sal beslis weer daar bly. Veilige parkering.

Lekker plek om te oornag.

Gerieflike spasie en baie netjies. Trappe is effens steil, maar verder is dit 'n baie lekker plek om te oornag.

Heerlike veilige oorslaapplek instede van gevaarlike paaie aan te durf laataand.

Ek sal enige iemand aanraai om tuis te gaan by Little Tree Lodge. Die bome is glad nie klein nie, hoor, inteendeel! Pragtig en netjies, tuine baie goed versorg, gaan kyk gerus waarvan ek praat, julle sal nie spyt wees nie. Vriendelike groete.

Besigheidsreis — net oorgeslaap.

Skoon, netjies, stil area, mooi uitsig.

Fantastiese plekkie.

Hierdie plekkie is meer as wat verwag word. Groot, ruim en netjiese kamer. Bo-in kamer is 'n koffiestasie en onder by die kombuis ook. Baie lekker gebly.

Pity that I couldn't enjoy all that was offered, just needed a spot to sleep for a quick there and back.

Oornag.

Lee Ann was vriendelik en het ons dadelik laat tuis voel. Kamer was skoon en 'n pragtige plek met 'n mooi uitsig. Ons het net een probleem gehad. Ons het 'n selfsorg-eenheid bespreek en moes toe in 'n gastekamer oornag het met net 'n kamer en badkamer. Het gereën so kon nie braai nie, en ook nie iets maak om te eet. nie Ideale plek vir iemand wat net wil slaap en nie wil braai of iets maak om te eet nie. My man het sy kop vele kere gestamp teen die grasdak se pale omrede die kamer bietjie klein is. Ons het lekker geslaap ongeag dat ons nie tevrede was met dit wat ons gekry het nie. Ons wens jul voorspoed toe vir die toekoms.

Comfort,compact and leisure.

Great place to just use as a resting place on a long trip. Cozy little place to enjoy and has a lovely deck area for a nice intimate dinner or just some leisure time with partner.

Het voldoen in ons behoeftes.

Was netjies en perfek, het die melkie in yskas waardeer. Belangrik om net te noem dat plekkie nie lekker werk vir ouer persone nie a.g.v styl trappe. Kan dalk gevaarlik wees. Meer vir jong, mobiele persone. Maar ons het heerlik gebly, dankie.

'n Wonderlike plek om te bly met 'n ongelooflike rustige mooi uitsig op die kant van Uitenhage en 'n mooi tuin. Net 'n wonderlike ervaring.

Kamer was mooi en netjies.

Ons het baie lekker gebly. Sou eerder die eenheid apart van huis verkies het en ook 'n eenheid met stort aangesien my man baie lank is en die bad maar klein is.

Vriendelike gasvrou, pragtige tuin en verblyf baie netjies.

Alles was baie netjies. Die ontbyt is in die oggend deur ons vriendelike gasvrou bedien. Ons motor was ook baie veilig wat vir ons baie belangrik is. Vriendelike troeteldiere, het hul net so baie geniet.

Gasvry, super skoon en net 'n ongelooflike plekkie. Ek sal dit vir enige iemand aanbeveel en Lee Ann die gasvrou is sowaar super women in lewende lywe. Sy sorg dat als in plek is en laat 'n mens tuis voel.

Dis rerig a home away from home en dit verdien baie meer erkenning as wat dit huidiglik kry. Dankie vir als Lee Ann ek't sowaar tuis gevoel!

Die kuier was absoluut fantasties.
