Loader Street Studios 5 is a serene 2-bedroom duplex apartment nestled quietly in the mountainside of Green Point and is ideal for a family or a small group of friends wanting to explore the Mother City.
This property can accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and includes a Juliet balcony as well as an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed and makes use of the second bathroom fitted with a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The main living area on the lower level features an open-plan design with a kitchen, dining and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine and a tumble-dryer are also available. Leading from the kitchen is a 4-seater dining table and the lounge includes a TV. Outside the unit is a patio with a table and chairs creating a lovely spot for a morning coffee. The accommodation is not affected by load shedding as it has a backup generator.
