House Rules
For security purposes, only guests who are registered at reception with a valid identity document may use the units at Azure Lodge. This policy ensures the safety and comfort of all our guests.
Please ensure your unit is securely locked when leaving or at bedtime to maintain the safety of all guests and their belongings.
As your stay concludes, please contact reception prior to checkout to arrange a brief inspection of your unit. This helps us ensure everything is in order and facilitates the prompt return of your security deposit.
Kindly observe our designated quiet hours from 21:00 to 07:00 to maintain a peaceful environment. Please refrain from any noise or disturbances during this time.
We reserve the right to refuse further hospitality to any guest who disturbs others or fails to respect our house rules.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any unit or reception area of Azure Lodge.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, please wear appropriate clothing and footwear when moving through the lodge's public spaces.
Azure Lodge bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. Please report any loss immediately to reception.
Linens will be changed every third day, and towels will be changed daily for your comfort and convenience.
For your safety and to maintain our facilities, please note that personal irons are not permitted in guest rooms. There is a designated ironing area with an iron available at reception.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the lodge property during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly.
