No smoking is allowed inside the unit except for outside on the patio.
There are strict noise policies in place and guests should please refrain from excessive noise and playing loud music. No music is allowed between 22:00 and 10:00.
Please note that only the number of guests booked are allowed to make use of the premises and day visitors are not allowed unless arranged in advance with the hosts.
