No running and jumping around the pool and inside the house as the tiles are slippery when wet and can cause injuries
The swimming pool is used at your own risk at all times.
An adult is to be present at the pool at all times when children are swimming.
No visitors are allowed.
Any extra person will be charged per head.
One towel per person will be supplied for personal use and not to be used at the pool or to be taken to the beach.
Nothing is allowed to be removed from the house to be used at the beach.
No open fires or braais are allowed around the pool to protect the artificial grass.
Guests need to bring their own dishwashing liquid, extra toilet paper, beach towels and cleaning chemicals.
Guests can use any other cleaning chemical besides Jik.

The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and the remaining bedrooms all have double beds. The first and second bathrooms are fitted with a bath, toilet, and washbasin, and the third bathroom is fitted with a shower only. The main kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The second kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge-freezer, a 2-plate gas stove, and cutlery and crockery. There’s a dining table with chairs where guests can enjoy their meals together and both living areas have a lounge suite and a flat-screen TV installed with Netflix. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The entertainment area has a pool table and the sliding doors open onto the balcony with a swimming pool where guests can enjoy the lovely ocean views. Parking is available for 4 vehicles.
