House Rules

Smoking is prohibited.

The guest is required to sign a liability waiver that was sent along with the booking confirmation email. The host recommends at least 1 domestic cleaner per 6 guests each day due to the size of the home, and the service can be arranged with the host for an additional charge.

Hanging any washing on the front patio of the top or middle floor is strictly prohibited.

Please observe quiet periods between 22:00 and 06:00. The estate management may impose a fine for any noise disturbance.

The guest's reservation is confirmed with the understanding that a minimum of 2 guests will occupy one bedroom unless a separate arrangement is agreed upon. The guest is requested to lock all doors and set the alarm when leaving the property during the day.
