Breakage Deposit

House Rules
All buildings are non-smoking areas, and a strict no-smoking indoors policy is valid at all times, as well as in the braai area.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests should be careful as injuries incurred at the property will be the guest's responsibility.
Guests should store their important belongings in the vaults which are made available to avoid theft.
Guests are responsible for ensuring no damage to their personal belongings.
Please use the swimming pool responsibly and do not leave any underaged or younger children unattended without adult supervision.
Loud music is not allowed after 22:00 in the evening.
Water is available in the tank in the front garden, if the water pressure decreases or runs out in the area, the pump can be turned on to provide water from the tank.
There are small antelope moving around in the front yard. Guests are requested not to disturb or feed the wild animals as well as monkeys.
Please note the beach in front of the house is not a swimming beach, but rather a fishing beach. There are no shark nets or lifeguards on the beach.
Linens are provided for all beds, as well as pillows sheets, and duvets. However, guests are also welcome to bring their own.
Towels are not provided and guests are required to bring their own.
