Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The owner cannot be held responsible for the following:
1. Any injuries.
2. Theft of any personal items. Safes are provided to store weapons, mobile phones, wallets etc. to be able to lock where and when necessary.
3. Damage to any personal property.
4. The pool is used at your own risk and no young children may be allowed at the pool without adult supervision. Under no circumstances will the owners be held responsible for any injuries or any eventuality that may occur with use of the pool. Use of swimming pool is strictly at your own risk.
5. Any damage to the owner's property must be reported to the owner immediately and repaired as soon as possible.
6. Lost keys must be reported so that a replacement can be arranged and the guest will be liable for the costs.
7. The tenant must at all times ensure that all gates to the premises are always closed and/or locked where locks are provided.
8. There is a storage off the garage in the house which is locked and is only used by the owner.
9. Tenants are requested to please smoke outside the house.
10. There are small antelope moving around in the front yard. Tenants are requested to please not to disturb or feed them.

Breakage deposit:
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 must be paid directly to the owner.

Cancellation Policy:
More than 1 month before the check-in time: 50% of the deposit is refunded
More than 2 weeks before the check-in time: 25% of the deposit is refunded
Less than 2 weeks before the check-in time: 0% of the deposit is refunded
